Cool Cat’s Collectibles ships collectible merchandise from the United States. We pack orders carefully to help protect both the item and its retail packaging.
Order processing
Orders are processed after payment is authorized. Processing time may vary during weekends, holidays, promotions, or high-volume product drops. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information when tracking is available.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates
Available shipping methods, charges, and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout based on your destination and cart. Delivery estimates begin after the carrier accepts the package and are not guaranteed.
Address accuracy
Please confirm your shipping address before submitting an order. Contact us immediately if it is incorrect. We cannot guarantee an address change after processing begins. Customers may be responsible for costs caused by an incomplete or incorrect address.
Packaging and carrier handling
Collectibles are packed with care, but outer shipping boxes may show normal carrier handling. Damage to a collectible or its retail packaging should be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Keep the item, retail packaging, shipping box, label, and packing materials while we review the issue.
Delays, lost packages, and delivered scans
Carrier delays may occur because of weather, service disruptions, or other circumstances outside our control. If tracking stops updating, contact us and we will provide reasonable assistance with a carrier inquiry. If tracking shows delivered, first check with household members, neighbors, mailrooms, and the carrier.
International shipping
International availability, if offered, is shown at checkout. The recipient is responsible for applicable duties, taxes, brokerage charges, and import restrictions unless checkout expressly states otherwise.
